Job Summary

Solitaire Overseas is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller Lead Generation to make outbound calls, identify potential customers, generate business enquiries, and maintain accurate lead records. This is a lead generation and calling role.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided databases.
- Introduce the company and its products/services to potential customers.
- Identify customer requirements and generate genuine business leads.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Collect relevant customer and requirement details and update lead records.
- Coordinate and share qualified leads with the concerned sales team.
- Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.




- Handle basic customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
- Build a positive relationship with prospects through effective communication.
- Follow up on old and existing leads to identify current business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements

- 2 - 8 years of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or customer calling .
- Experience in B2B calling or the steel industry will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and good follow-up skills.
