About the Role PE Upskill LLP is looking for confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counselors to guide prospective students through course selection and the admission process. Candidates with a background in Inside Sales or EdTech Sales, as well as freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude, are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact prospective students through inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fees, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Understand students’ goals and guide them toward suitable educational programs.
- Follow up with interested leads and convert them into admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead information and update records in the CRM system.




- Handle queries and objections professionally and build positive relationships with prospective students.
- Coordinate documentation and onboarding to ensure a smooth admission experience.

Eligibility & Required Skills

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Freshers may apply; candidates with experience in Inside Sales, EdTech Sales, Admission Counseling, or Education Sales are preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Confident personality with robust interpersonal, persuasion, and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and comfort working toward sales/admission targets.
- Good follow-up, objection-handling, and relationship-building skills.
- Prior CRM experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
