Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telesales and Marketing Intern role based in South Delhi. The intern will make outbound calls to prospective clients, introduce services, and support lead generation activities.

Day-to-day responsibilities include following up on inquiries, maintaining call records, and assisting in basic sales pitches under guidance. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, helping with outreach content, and coordinating with the team to optimize customer engagement.



The intern will collaborate closely with senior staff, receive training, and contribute to improving customer interactions and overall service quality.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with a focus on responsiveness and empathy.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear speaking, active listening, and professional etiquette on calls.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales skills, such as understanding client needs, presenting services, and handling basic objections.
- Candidates should possess an interest in Training and a willingness to learn and apply new telesales and marketing techniques.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include basic knowledge of marketing concepts, comfort with phone-based work, proficiency with office and CRM tools, and the ability to work in a structured, target-driven environment.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
