About the Prospect

Tara Aspire Consulting is hiring a Telemarketing Executive on behalf of its client, Aadya Infra Co., a provider of durable sports surface solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to generate business leads and identify potential customers.
- Connect with schools, colleges, sports academies, clubs, builders, architects, contractors, and infrastructure developers.
- Introduce the company's sports surface solutions and explain their benefits.
- Understand customer requirements and identify potential project opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the sales team.




- Follow up with prospects and maintain an updated lead database.
- Maintain daily calling records and lead-generation reports.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and appointment targets.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging prospective clients.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong follow-up skills and a target-oriented approach.
- Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, or B2B lead generation is preferred.
