Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, service provider, or large-scale networking environments.
- Robust expertise in carrier-grade network architecture and transformation programs.
- Hands-on knowledge of:
- FTTH, GPON, XGS-PON
- IP/MPLS, Metro Core, Carrier Ethernet
- DWDM, OTN, ROADM
- EVPN/VXLAN, Layer 2 & Layer 3 Services
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments including Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Huawei, Ericsson, and Arista.
- Strong automation experience with Python, Ansible, REST APIs, NetConf/YANG, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- CCNP / CCIE Service Provider
- JNCIP / JNCIE
- Nokia NRS II
- MEF Carrier Ethernet
- Red Hat Ansible Automation
- AWS, Azure, or GCP Networking Certifications
- ITIL Foundation
