Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.

Respond to customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

Understand customer requirements and explain our fashion products/services.

Convert leads into confirmed, paid sales.

Maintain customer records and update the CRM/tracker regularly.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

Valuable communication and convincing skills.

Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset.

Basic computer knowledge.

Previous experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
