Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inbound inquiries, and maintaining customer relationships. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade potential customers while maintaining professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Make daily phone calls to retail outlets and stores.
- Follow up with outlets regarding product requirements and order placements.
- Maintain positive relationships with existing retail outlets.
- Collect feedback from outlets and communicate their requirements to the concerned sales team.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up details.
- Support the sales team in improving outlet coverage and order generation.

Requirements

- Good communication skills in Malayalam.




- Basic computer knowledge and calling skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with retail shop owners.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Candidates with telecalling or FMCG sales support experience will be preferred.
