Basis Vectors Portfolio Services India Pvt. Ltd. is part of the Basis Vectors group, a New York-headquartered private equity and technology firm that acquires and grows B2B SaaS businesses. We’re expanding our team to support a new US account and are looking for confident voices to join us.

What you’ll do

- Make outbound calls to US-based prospects and customers
- Introduce our offerings clearly and build rapport over the phone
- Handle objections professionally and qualify leads
- Update call notes and follow-ups in the CRM
- Meet daily and weekly calling targets

What we’re looking for

- A strong, natural US accent (mandatory)




- 1–3 years of experience in an international voice process (US process preferred)
- Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and fluency
- Valuable listening, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus
