Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller – Outbound Sales to join our team in Dehradun. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in handling outbound calls, and the ability to convert potential customers into sales.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

Generate leads, explain product/service features, and identify customer requirements.

Follow up with interested prospects and convert leads into successful sales.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales in the CRM or reporting system.

Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships to improve conversion rates.

Coordinate with the sales team to follow up on leads and achieve business objectives.

Prepare daily calling reports and update lead status regularly.





Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication and convincing skills may also apply.

Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to persuade customers and handle objections confidently.

Target-oriented approach with strong follow-up and negotiation skills.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or CRM tools.

Fluency in Hindi is essential; basic English communication skills are preferred.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and suitability for the role. Performance-based incentives may be offered as per Company policy.
