We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join our customer support team. The primary responsibility of this role is to handle dealer grievances and provide exceptional support to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to dealers and customers to address grievances and provide solutions.
- Listen actively to customer concerns, ensuring understanding and empathy.
- Document and track all calls, issues, and resolutions accurately in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and logistics, to resolve complex issues.
- Provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively address queries.
