Leading Freight Services Company is seeking a confident, proactive, and target-driven Tele sales Executive to generate B2B leads and develop current business opportunities for our freight forwarding and logistics services in Dubai and the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, including importers, exporters, traders, and manufacturers across the UAE.

Promote freight forwarding, shipping, cargo, and logistics services through calls, emails, and digital outreach.

Generate and qualify leads, schedule sales meetings, and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into business.

Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Coordinate with the Dubai sales and operations teams regarding customer requirements, quotations, and freight rates.

Maintain accurate CRM records, call logs, follow-ups, and sales reports.





Research market opportunities and achieve daily calling, lead generation, and sales targets.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, inside sales, or business development.

B2B sales experience; freight forwarding, shipping, cargo, or logistics experience is preferred.

Excellent English communication skills and a professional telephone manner.

Strong cold-calling, lead generation, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills.

Ability to communicate confidently with business owners and corporate clients.

Familiarity with CRM software, MS Excel, email communication, and sales reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
