We are looking for a confident Telecaller to connect with potential customers, introduce software products and IT services, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain software products and IT services.
- Generate and qualify potential sales leads.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and software demonstrations.
- Follow up with interested prospects.
- Maintain call reports and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve lead-generation targets.
