Key Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage company-provided leads professionally.
- Contact potential customers via phone, introduce our Ayurvedic products, and explain their advantages.
- Build trust and rapport with customers to understand their needs.
- Convert leads into successful sales by addressing queries and providing product recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements:





- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi knowledge is a plus).
- Persuasive and confident with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to learn product details and handle objections effectively.
- Basic computer skills for CRM and lead management.
