MIS Executive Role:

- Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and MIS reports.

- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management.

- Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making.

- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.

- Prepare dashboards and presentations as required.

- Coordinate with different departments for data collection and validation.

Telecalling Role:

- Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.

- Handle inbound customer queries and provide information.

- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and pending actions.

- Maintain call records and update CRM systems.

- Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.

- Achieve calling targets and support sales or service teams.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).

- Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language preferred).

- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.

- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

- Problem-solving attitude and customer-oriented approach.
