Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students from the leads provided by the academy.

- Handle incoming enquiries regarding courses, eligibility, fees, batch timings, and admission procedures.

- Explain available courses, including Cabin Crew, Airport Ground Staff, Aviation, Hospitality, and Travel Management.

- Counsel students about career opportunities, course advantages, and training programmes.

- Follow up regularly with interested students and parents to convert enquiries into admissions.

- Schedule counselling sessions, academy visits, and admission appointments.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions in Excel or the CRM system.

- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Coordinate with the counselling and operations teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

- Maintain professional communication and build positive relationships with students and parents.

- Follow up on hot leads, pending admissions, and students who have shown interest but have not enrolled.

- Provide timely updates and daily reports to the reporting manager.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
