We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused Tele Counsellors for domestic outbound calling. The role involves connecting with prospective students, explaining career-oriented courses, and encouraging them to attend free career counselling sessions at the institute.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate leads.
- Explain available courses and career counselling opportunities.
- Understand students’ interests and provide relevant course information.
- Conduct regular follow-up calls to encourage institute visits.
- Maintain accurate lead details and call records.
- Achieve daily calling and lead-generation targets.

Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Experience: 6 months to 5 years in tele-calling, telesales, customer support, or a similar role.




- Languages: Fluency in Kannada and English is essential. Tamil-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Age Limit: 18–30 years.
- Skills: Valuable communication, basic computer knowledge, customer handling, and convincing skills.

Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly in-hand salary of ₹18,000–₹22,000.
- Salary revision may be considered based on current compensation and experience.
