We are looking for a confident Telecalling Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and support sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and handle customer enquiries.
- Generate leads and follow up with prospects.
- Explain products/services and convince potential customers.
- Maintain customer records and coordinate with the sales team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of telecalling experience.
- Good English communication skills are mandatory.
- Robust convincing and customer-handling skills.
- Basic MS Office and CRM knowledge is an advantage.
Work Location: In-person Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
