Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

- Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information about the company's products and services.

- Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, social media, and other sources.

- Explain product features, offers, and services to potential customers.

- Maintain and update customer databases, call records, and lead status.

- Schedule customer meetings and appointments, wherever required.

- Address basic customer queries professionally and escalate complex issues to the concerned team.

- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience

Skills

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of additional regional languages is an advantage.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
