Job Overview

GeoTechnosoft Pvt. Ltd. is looking for confident and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Telecalling Executive. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing the company's software and IT services, generating leads, and coordinating follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce the company's software and IT services.
- Explain the company's services, including software development, ERP, and Odoo solutions.
- Generate leads and identify prospective business opportunities.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls, emails, and messages.
- Schedule meetings and product or service demonstrations with potential clients.
- Maintain records of calls, leads, and follow-up activities.
- Update client information and lead status in the company's database or CRM.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the business development team for further client engagement.

Requirements
- Valuable verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn about software products and IT services.
- Positive attitude and a goal-oriented approach.

Compensation
- Incentive-based earnings linked to performance.
