Job Summary

GyroHR is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team at the GIFT City office. The role involves making outbound calls, speaking with potential candidates, understanding their interest and suitability for job opportunities, and maintaining accurate records of conversations and follow-ups.

This is a suitable opportunity for freshers looking to start their careers as well as candidates with prior telecalling, recruitment, customer service or sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to candidates from the available database.
- Explain job opportunities, eligibility criteria, salary details, benefits and work locations clearly.
- Understand candidates’ interest, qualifications, experience and willingness to join or relocate.
- Conduct basic telephonic screening and identify suitable candidates.
- Follow up with interested candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Update candidate details, call outcomes and follow-up status in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations and candidate progress.
- Meet daily calling and follow-up targets.




- Communicate professionally and provide accurate information to candidates.

Requirements
- Freshers are welcome; prior telecalling, recruitment, sales or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Good verbal communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; basic English is preferred.
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls and speaking with different people.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Positive attitude, patience, confidence and willingness to learn.
- Must be willing to work from our GIFT City, Gandhinagar office.
