As our School Integrated Programs continue to expand across Kerala and Tamil Nadu, we are looking for an experienced academic professional to take ownership of academic excellence and operational efficiency across our partner schools.
We are looking for enthusiastic and communication-oriented Tele callers to support our student enquiry management activities for NEET/JEE coaching programs.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to student and parent enquiries.
- Explain NEET/JEE coaching programs, admission procedures, fees, and scholarships.
- Follow up with prospective students and parents.
- Schedule counselling sessions and centre visits.
- Maintain enquiry databases and daily call reports.
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Ability to handle calls professionally and follow up consistently.
- Experience in tele calling, education counselling is preferred.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in educational institutions, coaching centres, or student admissions.
