Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Marketing Team. The candidate should have excellent English communication skills and be capable of contacting customers, promoting company products, generating leads, and maintaining qualified customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote company products.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
- Generate new leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Follow up with customers and prospective clients regularly.
- Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up details.




- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate product information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Support the marketing team in promotional activities and customer outreach.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Any degree is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills are essential.
- Good verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident telephone etiquette and customer-handling abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Excel.
- Good follow-up, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and a target-oriented approach.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telemarketing, or sales will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
