Job Overview
We are looking for confident, enthusiastic, and target-oriented Telesales Executives / Telecallers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating leads, explaining the company’s financial services, and converting potential customers into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and business clients.
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for business loans and financial services.
- Explain company products and services, including Business Loans, Working Capital, Term Loans, and Loan Against Property (LAP).
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about available financial solutions.
- Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings between clients and the sales team.
- Maintain customer information, call records,
and lead details in the CRM or Excel sheet.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective clients.

- Minimum qualification:
- Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
