Job Title: Tele Caller & Academic Counsellor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Tele Caller & Academic Counsellor to be the first point of contact for prospective students and their parents. In this dual role, you will be responsible for reaching out to leads via phone, understanding the career aspirations of students, and providing expert counseling on how our institute can help them achieve their goals. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive yet empathetic approach, and a robust drive to meet admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound & Inbound Calling: Make outbound calls to potential students/parents from the provided database and handle incoming inquiries regarding our competitive exam courses.
- Academic Counseling: Understand student needs, assess their current preparation levels, and guide them toward the most suitable coaching programs at our institute.
- Lead Conversion: Actively follow up with leads, resolve queries, and convert inquiries into successful admissions to meet monthly enrollment targets.
- Record Maintenance: Accurately track and update all student interactions, follow-up dates, and admission statuses in the CRM system or Excel database.
- Institute Representation: Provide detailed information about batch timings,



fee structures, faculty credentials, and success stories to build trust and credibility.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from prospective students and report market trends or common student concerns to the management team.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience in tele calling, inside sales, or educational counseling. (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
- Language Skills: Fluency in English, Hindi, and the local regional language.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and active listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and confidently.
- Tech-Savvy: Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM software.
- Soft Skills: High level of patience, empathy, persuasion, and a goal-oriented mindset.
