Job Overview

We are looking for a enthusiastic, persuasive, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, answering queries, and converting leads into sales or qualifying opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Cold-call prospective customers from provided contact lists to pitch products or services.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate product/service recommendations.
- Follow up on sales leads and schedule appointments or demonstrations for the field sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of call logs, customer interactions, and lead statuses in the CRM database.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and conversions.




- Build positive relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty and retention.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma, higher secondary certificate, or a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience: Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or inside sales role preferred (Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong active listening, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Attitude: Target-oriented, resilient, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
