Responsible for lead generation, relationship management, and reports in an organization

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential buyers from provided databases or digital leads.

- Explain project features, amenities, pricing, and location advantages to generate interest.

- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales teams for follow-up.

- Maintain lead details and conversation history in CRM systems.

- Follow up with clients regularly for feedback and to keep them engaged.

- Assist in achieving monthly lead conversion and walk-in targets.

Requirements:

- Minimum Graduate in any discipline preferred.

- Strong communication and persuasive skills in English, Hindi, and local language.

- Prior experience in real estate or telesales is an added advantage.

- Good knowledge of real estate market, localities, and current offerings.

- Proficient in using CRM tools and basic MS Office.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
