Job Title: Tele caller

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Tele-caller to join our growing team the ideal candidate will be responsible for the contacting customers or potential customers by phone for business purposes. It is commonly used for sales, customer support, surveys, appointment scheduling, and follow-up calls.

There are two main types:

 Inbound tele calling: Receiving calls from customers who need assistance, want to place orders, or have questions.

 Outbound tele calling: Making calls to customers to sell products or services, generate leads, collect feedback, or remind them about appointments or payments.

Key Responsibilities

 Communicating clearly and professionally with customers.





 Explaining products or services. Answering customer questions. Updating customer information.

 Following up with interested customers

 Meeting call quality and performance targets.

Skills

 Good communication and listening skills.

 Confidence and a polite attitude.

 Patience and empathy.

 Basic computer knowledge.

 Persuasion and problem-solving abilities.

 Time management.

 Candidates with prior experience in tele calling, telesales, customer support, lead generation, or sales will be preferred.

 Freshers are welcome to apply if they have strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
