We work with banks, NBFCs, fintech companies and digital lending firms to improve collections efficiency through technology, automation, intelligence and digital workflows. The Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Technology Interns who are eager to learn, build and solve real-world engineering problems in a fast-paced product environment. Depending on their skills and interests, interns may contribute to backend services and APIs, frontend web applications, or DevOps and cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams to develop, test, deploy and maintain reliable software systems while learning industry-standard engineering practices.

What You’ll Work On

- Backend Development: Support the development and maintenance of backend services, REST APIs and database-driven applications.
- Frontend Development: Build and improve user-facing web features using JavaScript and React.js, with HTML and CSS.
- DevOps & Cloud: Assist with application deployments, cloud services, CI/CD workflows, infrastructure automation and monitoring.
- Write clean, readable and maintainable code, and participate in debugging, testing and code reviews.
- Work with databases and APIs to support reliable data flow between application components.
- Collaborate with backend, frontend, QA and DevOps engineers to deliver integrated product features.
- Help identify and troubleshoot performance,



reliability and deployment issues.
- Document technical work and follow team practices for source control, testing, security and release management.

What We’re Looking For

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.Tech/BE, MCA or a related technical degree.
- Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, algorithms and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript or a similar language.
- For frontend work: familiarity with JavaScript, React.js, HTML5, CSS and responsive web design.
- For backend work: understanding of REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases and basic software design principles.
- For DevOps work: basic familiarity with Linux/Unix, AWS or another cloud platform, Git, Docker, scripting or CI/CD concepts.
- Familiarity with Git or another source-control tool; exposure to testing and debugging is an advantage.
- Curiosity to learn new technologies, attention to detail, good communication and a collaborative mindset.
- Ownership, adaptability and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.

Positive to Have

- Academic, personal or internship projects in web development, backend engineering, cloud or automation.
- Exposure to microservices, system design basics, CI/CD tools, Docker, AWS services, infrastructure as code or monitoring tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices, unit testing and code reviews.
