Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead architectural reviews and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and shared understanding.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance architecture practices and delivery efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hyper Converged Infrastructure.
- Robust knowledge of infrastructure design principles including performance optimization and scalability.
- Experience with integrating diverse technology components into cohesive architectural solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative, practical solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts and virtualization technologies relevant to infrastructure architecture.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Hyper Converged Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
