The professional collaborates closely with various stakeholders to ensure that architectural designs align with business objectives and technical requirements, while continuously evaluating emerging technologies to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead architectural reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to align architecture with organizational goals.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine, Custom Apps, Orchestrator, architecting custom solutions, application development.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance technology solutions.
- Strong understanding of platform architecture and integration patterns.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud technologies and their application within enterprise environments.
- Excellent communication skills to articulate architectural concepts to diverse audiences.
