Role Summary:

We are looking for a Technical Content Writer / Technical Marketing Writer who can create both technical documentation and customer-facing marketing content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and business-friendly content for internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, architecture documents, and Confluence pages.

- Develop solution briefs, case studies, blogs, whitepapers, and marketing collateral.

- Create content for presentations, proposals, demos, and client-facing materials.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to gather and validate technical information.





- Translate technical features into business value and customer benefits.

- Ensure consistency in messaging, terminology, formatting, and branding across all content.

Preferred Skills:

- Solid technical writing and content development expertise.

- Experience with Confluence, PowerPoint, and documentation tools.

- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.

- Understanding of Data, Cloud, AI, and Enterprise Technologies is highly desirable.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
