Role summary

Quadric IT is hiring a senior Technical Writer with 12 to 15 years of experience as a full-time employee at our Hyderabad delivery center. You will document marketing technology platforms (Salesforce Data 360 and Marketing Cloud) and the data pipelines, APIs and integrations behind them for Quadric's client programs. The person writes controlled documents that engineers, marketers and auditors rely on, works with minimal supervision, and deals directly with senior technical stakeholders.

Key responsibilities The writer owns documentation for the MarTech stack from first interview to approved, versioned document.

- Document MarTech platforms: create and maintain user guides, configuration guides and process documentation for Salesforce Data 360 (formerly Data Cloud), Salesforce Marketing Cloud and connected tools.
- Document data flows: describe data pipelines, data models, ingestion and transformation logic, identity resolution, segmentation and activation, with data lineage diagrams.
- Document APIs and integrations: write clear REST and SOAP API documentation, covering endpoints, authentication, request and response examples, error handling and integration specifications.
- Produce controlled documents: author SOPs, work instructions, system descriptions, release notes and change documentation in line with GDocP and company quality standards.
- Collaborate with SMEs: interview developers, data engineers,



architects and marketers independently, then validate the content with them.
- Maintain the document lifecycle: manage versioning, reviews, approvals, periodic updates and archiving in a document management system.
- Support compliance: make sure documents support audit readiness (GxP where applicable, GDPR, privacy, consent management, data governance).
- Standardize content: define templates, style guides and a reusable knowledge base, and recommend improvements to documentation processes.
- Guide others: give informal guidance to colleagues and contributors on documentation standards and best practices.

Required qualifications Candidates must meet all of these; the first two are the quickest screens.
- 12 to 15 years of technical writing experience, with at least 5 in a regulated or enterprise environment.
- Working knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) and ALCOA+ principles.
- Proven record of independently documenting complex technical systems end to end.
- Ability to learn enterprise platforms quickly and turn them into clear documentation.
- Solid grasp of data and integration concepts: data models, APIs (REST and SOAP), JSON and XML, ETL and ELT, data pipelines.
- Excellent written English, strong attention to detail and the ability to simplify complex topics.
- Experience creating diagrams in tools such as Visio, Lucidchart or draw.io.
- Strong stakeholder management, including comfort challenging and clarifying input from senior technical staff.

Preferred qualifications These raise a profile's rank but are not hard filters.
- Exposure to Salesforce products (Data 360, Marketing Cloud) or other MarTech and CDP tools
- Trailhead badges or Salesforce certification is a plus.
- Experience documenting APIs with Postman, Swagger or OpenAPI.
- Ability to read basic SQL, JSON or code snippets.
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, consent management and data privacy requirements.
- Experience in pharma,



life sciences or other regulated industries (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, CSV or CSA).
- Experience with Confluence, SharePoint, Veeva Vault, MadCap Flare or similar tools.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps workflows (Jira, Git-based docs, docs-as-code).
- Experience using AI-assisted documentation tools with strong review discipline.
