Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Support Executive to handle customer complaints, provide basic troubleshooting support for pumps and motors, coordinate with dealers and service centres, and ensure timely resolution of service requests.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer technical queries and pump-related complaints.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for pumps, motors, starters, and control panels.
- Register, track, and follow up on service complaints.
- Coordinate with dealers, service centres, and technical service teams.
- Monitor pending complaints and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain service records, warranty details, and daily reports.
- Support warranty claims and customer feedback collection.
- Support sales targets for spares and winding wires.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support, after-sales service, or pump/motor servicing.
- Experience with borewell submersible pumps,



openwell pumps, V4/V6/V8 pumps, or monoblock pumps is preferred.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of pumps, motors, and electrical systems.
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Basic MS Excel, email, and computer skills.
- Complaint tracking, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of SAP, CRM, DMS, or service management software is an advantage.

- Timely complaint registration and resolution.
- Reduction in pending service complaints.
- Accurate service documentation.
- Customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Achievement of spares and winding wire sales targets.
