Role & responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to field teams and dealerships for critical vehicle issues.
- Analyse field failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor warranty failures and improve product quality by reducing repeat complaints.
- Coordinate with product and technical teams for issue resolution and countermeasure implementation.
- Support new-model launches, vehicle inspections (PDI), and service updates.
- Conduct technical training for dealership service teams and channel partners.
Preferred candidate profile
- Strong automotive troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle components and failure analysis.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in technical service, field support, or product support in the automotive industry.
- Must have 2W experience.
- Btech Mechanical only.
