Role - Technical Support Engineer

Location- Indore, MP

What we are looking for ?

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot application and infrastructure issues, and ensure the smooth operation of customer environments. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Linux and Windows administration, SQL, AWS services, deployment activities, and application support. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and scripting will be an added advantage.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers via ticketing systems, email,chat, and virtual meetings.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application, system, and infrastructure-related issues.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA)



and document troubleshooting and resolution steps.
- Build and maintain troubleshooting guides, support documentation, and knowledge base articles.
- Assist with application deployments, upgrades, and maintenance activities
- Support deployment and management of servers and virtual machines hosted on AWS.
- Work with containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor application and infrastructure health using Prometheus and Grafana.
- Utilize scripting and automation tools to improve operational efficiency.
- Track and manage incidents through ticketing systems such as Jira and Zendesk
- Adhere to defined SLAs, support processes, and operational best practices. Work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and provide regular status updates.
