Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Solutions Engineer to support the design, installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of horticultural lighting and control systems. The role involves customer support, technical problem-solving, and coordination with sales and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design lighting layouts and perform PPFD and DLI calculations.
- Configure lighting control software, schedules, and network connectivity.
- Support system installation, commissioning, testing, and customer training.
- Troubleshoot electrical, networking, software, and equipment-related issues.
- Provide remote and in office technical support to customers.
- Coordinate with engineering teams on product defects and improvements.
- Support sales with technical proposals, quotations, and customer presentations.
- Maintain technical documentation and troubleshooting guides.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or systems integration.
- Hands-on experience with LED lighting, industrial controls, or networked equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety.
- Practical understanding of Ethernet, Wi-Fi, IP addressing, routers, and remote access.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and troubleshoot technical issues.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in horticultural lighting, greenhouses, or vertical farming.
- Knowledge of PAR, PPFD, DLI, and light spectrum.
- Familiarity with greenhouse climate control, Modbus, MQTT, or DALI protocols.

Travel: Customer-site visits may be required for installation, commissioning, and technical support.
