Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Sales Representative role based in Kochi.

The Technical Sales

Representative will identify and engage prospective clients, present technology solutions, and demonstrate how Canbase P Ltd’s services address specific business needs. This role involves preparing proposals, conducting product and service demonstrations, responding to technical and commercial queries, and supporting the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.

Representative will coordinate closely with technical teams to ensure accurate solution scoping and maintain ongoing relationships with clients through regular follow-ups and support. The role also includes delivering training and presentations to client stakeholders and documenting all sales activities using company CRM tools.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Technical Sales and Sales skills, including solution selling and opportunity management.
- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with a focus on responsiveness and relationship building.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, for client interactions and presentations.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to effectively explain technical concepts and guide clients on service adoption.
- Relevant experience in IT services, database, cloud, or cybersecurity domains is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, business, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and manage multiple prospects and accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office applications, and comfort with learning current technologies.
