We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter (US) – India (Remote) with hands-on experience recruiting candidates for data and technology roles.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on recruiting experience for Data Engineer, Data Scientist, Data Architect, Data Quality Engineer, Data Business Analyst, and AI/ML Engineer roles.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing and screening.
- Experience working with 1099 / W2 / C2C engagement types.
- Solid sourcing, screening, negotiation, and candidate coordination skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in the EST time zone.
- Must have a personal laptop and high-speed internet connection.
