- Own end-to-end delivery of programs covering Embedded, OpenCVE, Android OEM, Native MW, BSP, and AUTOSAR components
- Drive program governance, milestone reviews, KPI tracking, and leadership communication
- Manage cross‑organisation and cross‑technology dependencies, including AUTOSAR and Android/Linux integration paths
- Proactively identify and manage technical, schedule, quality, and resource risks across all platform layers
- Ensure platform stability, integration maturity, and release readiness, especially during vehicle integration and production events
- Lead customer reviews, quality gates, escalation handling, and corrective action closure
- Coordinate closely with architecture, AUTOSAR, BSP, middleware, application, validation, and quality teams
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and standardisation across automotive platform programs
