Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience managing technical projects, specifically in product implementation with heavy customization and cloud environments.
- Technical Expertise: o Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their security protocols.

o Hands-on experience with product customization and integration techniques.

o Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall).

- Project Management Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master) are a plus.
- Security Knowledge: Familiarity with cloud security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and data protection regulations.
- Communication & Leadership: o Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. o Proven leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams, driving collaboration, and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills to anticipate issues and develop innovative solutions.
