- Candidate must be a B. Tech BCA MCA BSc any discipline BE any discipline Graduate, with technical background
- Basics of relevant experience in L1 technical support
- Basic knowledge in Linux, SQL, Java
- Positive analysis & troubleshooting skills
- Flexibility in shifts and readiness to support in rotational 24X7 environments, with higher rate of spontaneity
- Will be a SPOC for all development project.
- First level troubleshooting for production, provide findings to relevant team for their appropriate action
- Data / Report sharing with stakeholders as and when required
- Co-ordination with Bank internal teams aggregators card schemes whenever required
- Part of Beta testing
- Manage E-commerce support team members and roster management.
