Technical Prodcut Manager (CPaaS)

About the RoleWe are looking for a Product Manager with hands-on experience in CPaaS (Communications Platform as a Service) or communication technology products to drive product strategy, development, and growth across messaging and communication platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Own product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end product lifecycle.
- Manage communication products across SMS, WhatsApp Business API, RCS, Voice, Email, and OTP.
- Create PRDs, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Business teams to deliver product features.
- Manage REST APIs, webhooks, SDKs, and third-party integrations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer requirement gathering.
- Track product metrics, including delivery rates, adoption, retention, usage, and revenue.
- Understand messaging compliance, DLT/TRAI regulations, and communication platform policies.





Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of Product Management experience, with mandatory hands-on CPaaS/communication-platform product experience.
- Strong understanding of SMS, WhatsApp Business API, Voice API, RCS, OTP, or A2P messaging.
- Experience with REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in product documentation, roadmap planning, and feature prioritization.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with B2B SaaS or API-driven products.

Preferred: Exposure to cloud telephony, CCaaS, IVR, SIP, omnichannel communication, conversational AI, or AI-powered communication products.
