- Schedule training sessions and coordinate calendars with trainers and participants.




- Send training invitations, reminders, joining instructions, and follow-up communications.
- Support learner enrolment, course assignments, and completion tracking in the LMS.
- Upload and update approved learning materials, course details, and assessments.
- Maintain accurate attendance records,evaluation trackers, training trackers, and completion reports.
- Collect participant feedback and prepare basic training summaries.

Requirements

- Graduate in an IT-related discipline, such as B.E./B.Tech in CS or IT , B.Sc. in CS/IT, or BCA.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with an LMS or online learning platforms.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
- A helpful, professional approach to learner support.
- Willingness to learn new systems and work collaboratively.
- Internship experience in Learning & Development is added advantage.
