About the Role

We’re looking for an IAM Developer to build scripts, connectors and automation that help us discover, inventory and analyze identities and access across our hybrid and multi-cloud environment: on-prem Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), AWS, GCP and OCI.

Your work will directly shape our Privileged Access Management (PAM) requirements and access models. You’ll partner with Security Engineering, Identity & Access Management, Cloud Platform and oCISO stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

- Develop Python and PowerShell scripts and tools to extract, normalize and consolidate identity data across AD, Entra ID, AWS, GCP and OCI
- Build and maintain API integrations and connectors (Microsoft Graph, AWS SDK/boto3, gcloud, OCI CLI)
- Inventory users, privileged and admin accounts, service accounts, groups, roles, policies and permissions
- Identify high-risk access: standing privileges, excessive permissions, nested group memberships,



orphaned or dormant accounts, and shared or generic accounts
- Analyze large identity datasets and turn findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support PAM requirement definition and access profile design

What We’re Looking For

Must-have skills

- Robust IAM development experience with hands-on scripting in Python and PowerShell
- Proficiency in APIs, connectors, CLI and SDK usage (Microsoft Graph, AWS CLI/boto3, gcloud, OCI CLI)
- Hands-on administration of on-prem Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Working knowledge of identity constructs in AWS, GCP and OCI (IAM users, roles, policies, service accounts, groups, resource hierarchy)
- Solid grasp of IAM concepts: least privilege, RBAC, privileged access, role design and entitlement management
- Data handling and analysis skills (SQL, Excel or similar) for large identity datasets

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear written and verbal communication
