About the Role

We are looking for a trustworthy, responsible, and technically curious individual to work closely with our Technical Director at an Odoo ERP implementation company managing 200+ projects.

This is a position of trust and responsibility. The selected candidate will assist the Technical Director in handling technical operations, project environments, server access, Odoo.sh platforms, and other critical technical activities.

The role is suitable for freshers who have a strong learning mindset, discipline, integrity, and the ability to follow technical instructions precisely. Previous experience is not essential; the right attitude and sense of responsibility are what matter most.

Key Responsibilities

- Work directly with the Technical Director and assist with day-to-day technical operations.
- Handle authorized access to Odoo projects, Odoo.sh, servers, and related systems.
- Execute assigned tasks such as server restarts, service checks, access management, and basic troubleshooting, strictly following the Technical Director’s instructions.
- Follow established procedures when working with live client environments and production systems.
- Maintain proper records of technical activities, changes, incidents, and completed tasks.
- Assist in organizing project credentials and technical documentation securely.
- Coordinate with developers and implementation teams when instructed.
- Report issues, unusual activity, and potential risks promptly to the Technical Director.
- Gradually learn Odoo ERP, Odoo.sh, server administration, and IT infrastructure under guidance.

The selected candidate will be entrusted with responsibilities that require a high level of integrity and discretion. We expect the candidate to:

- Handle company and client information with complete confidentiality.
- Use system access only for authorized work.
- Follow the Technical Director’s instructions and approved procedures without taking unauthorized actions.
- Never share credentials, disclose sensitive information, or misuse access privileges.
- Never restart, modify, or make changes to critical systems without the required authorization.
- Ask for clarification whenever an instruction is unclear rather than taking unnecessary risks.
- Be honest, accountable, and transparent about every action performed.
- Understand that access to critical systems is a responsibility that must be earned and maintained.
