Job Responsibilities

Conduct property inspections and technical evaluations for Home Loan and LAP cases.

Assess property construction quality, condition, and stage of completion.

Verify property documents, approved building plans, and other relevant technical records.

Prepare technical reports and property valuation assessments as per company guidelines.

Evaluate property measurements, construction costs, and marketability.

Identify technical deviations, construction-related risks, and discrepancies during property inspections.

Coordinate with the Credit, Sales, and Legal teams to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.

Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable technical guidelines.





Conduct site visits to assess property details and provide technical inputs for loan approvals.

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of civil engineering, building construction, and estimation.

Understanding of property valuation and technical assessment.

Valuable analytical, observation, and reporting skills.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Willingness to travel for property inspections and site visits.
