Role & responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Systems, or related field.

- Proven experience (37 years) as a Business Analyst in a telecom, maritime, or technology-focused setting.

- Understanding of satellite communications (VSAT), terrestrial networks (4G/5G/LTE), SD-WAN, and maritime operations is highly desirable.

- Strong skills in requirement elicitation, technical documentation, data analysis, and process modelling.

- Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, UML, MS Visio or similar.

- Experience using analytics tools including Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and other similar tools.

- Familiarity with API-driven architectures and integration projects.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Comfortable working in Agile including SAFe or hybrid delivery environments.

Desirable Skills

- Knowledge of maritime regulatory standards (e.g., IMO, SOLAS, cyber compliance).

- Experience working with ship management systems, IoT data platforms, or fleet management tools.

- Certifications such as CBAP, Agile BA, or ITIL are a plus.
