We are looking for candidates interested in Technical Associate - Manufacturing (Panel) for our Dahej Plant with BE - Chemical & 4 to 5 years of experience in DCS - Yokogawa.

Job Title: Technical Associate-Manufacturing

Reporting to: Associate Manager-Manufacturing

Functional Area: Production

Type of Job: Permanent

Location: Dahej Site IV

Job Purpose

(why job exists / what it must achieve)

To ensure production of Intermediate Plant with specified quantity & quality by achieving targeted efficiency norms.

Role and Responsibilities:

Operational

Maintain Temperature and Vacuum Parameters in reactors

Monitor the stock of raw materials through DCS

Updating BMR on basis of DCS

Follow the process according to the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

Ensure 100% safety to achieve zero Breakdown

Communicate with the field officers regarding changes





Report any near miss /incident or any non-compliance To participate in Root Cause Analysis of Various safety and process safety incidents, Monitor and ensure implementation of CAPA (Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions)

To Support Various Process safety and Responsible Care Initiatives

Responsible to complete any other assignment given by the seniors

Required Knowledge (of any equipment / Tools and techniques / Software)

- DCS
- QESH

Education & Experience

Education

Essential: BE/BTECH Chemical

Preferred: BE/BTECH Chemical

Experience

Essential: 4 to 5 years

Preferred: Experience in Handling DCS - Yokogawa
