About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced skilled to join our Finance, Compliance & Accounts team. The role will be responsible for SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) activities, including creation, maintenance, and management of vendor, customer, material, and service masters while ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Master Data Management

- Create and maintain Material Masters, Vendor Masters, Customer Masters, Expense Service Codes, and Revenue Service Codes in SAP.
- Process master data creation, modification, extension, blocking, and deletion requests.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of master data records across systems.
- Manage vendor onboarding through manual and portal-based processes.

SAP MDG Operations

- Handle material extensions, UOM changes, plant/SLOC extensions, and master data maintenance in SAP.
- Create and maintain customer masters for Corporate, TPA, Insurance, and General Billing categories.
- Manage service catalog updates,



service code amendments, activation, and deactivation.

Compliance & Coordination

- Ensure proper documentation, DMS compliance, TDS code mapping, and bank account validations.
- Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Audit Teams, and other stakeholders.
- Resolve master data-related queries within defined timelines.

MIS & Reporting

- Maintain Tally Masters and support departmental MIS requirements.
- Assist in audit-related activities and statutory compliance requirements.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SAP Master Data Governance (MDG).
- Understanding of Taxation and Compliance requirements
- Good command over MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in Vendor, Customer, Material, and Service Master management.

Preferred Profile

- Experience working in the Healthcare/Hospital Industry.
- Exposure to SAP Master Data Governance processes and controls.
- Ability to manage large volumes of master data with high accuracy.
