GPC Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Team Manager – Inside Sales to lead our B2B sales team, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performance sales culture.

If you have strong team management skills and relevant experience in the Agri-Input industry, we would love to hear from you!

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and manage the inside sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Drive B2B sales of pesticides, agrochemicals, crop protection products, and other agricultural inputs.
- Monitor daily calling, lead conversion, order booking, and revenue performance.
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales productivity and closing skills.
- Develop effective sales strategies to achieve monthly business targets.
- Monitor individual and team performance and implement corrective action plans.




- Build robust relationships with prospective and existing customers through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare sales reports and share performance updates with management.

✅ What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Inside Sales and Team Management.
- Agri-Input industry experience is mandatory.
- Experience in pesticides, agrochemicals, crop protection, seeds, or fertilizers will be preferred.
- Proven ability to manage B2B sales teams and achieve revenue targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of sales performance tracking, CRM, and customer relationship management.
